• Unavailability or out-of-stock items
• Incorrect or unverifiable address, billing information, or payment method
• Orders flagged by our security systems as potentially fraudulent or placed with automated technology
• Evidence that the order (single or cumulative) is intended for resale, or other fraudulent purposes
• Exceeding product purchase limits (quantity and/or dollar amount)
• Excessively high volume of returns associated with your account and/or purchase history
• Evidence suggesting ineligibility to make purchases
• Misspellings, pricing errors, or other mistakes at Ethnique Vale related to your order

Ethnique Vale will have sole discretion in determining if any of the above conditions apply.
