All our products are quality checked before shipment.

However, we do not allow returns/exchange/refunds.
Our Right to Reject Purchases or Cancel Orders
At Ethnique Vale, the sale of products and fulfillment of orders are subject to availability and our discretion in managing inventory. We reserve the right to limit, decline, or reject any sales or orders for any reason, without liability for any damages or costs beyond the refund of amounts received from you. This applies in situations including, but not limited to:

- Unavailability or out-of-stock items
- Incorrect or unverifiable address, billing information, or payment method
- Orders flagged by our security systems as potentially fraudulent or placed with automated technology
- Evidence that the order (single or cumulative) is intended for resale, or other fraudulent purposes
- Exceeding product purchase limits (quantity and/or dollar amount)
- Excessively high volume of returns associated with your account and/or purchase history
- Evidence suggesting ineligibility to make purchases
- Misspellings, pricing errors, or other mistakes at Ethnique Vale related to your order
Ethnique Vale will have sole discretion in determining if any of the above conditions apply.
