* We process and deliver orders Sunday-Thursday (excluding Fridays and holidays). Saturday deliveries may be available for some orders. * Shipment and delivery time of pre-orders / custom orders may be between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on quantity.

Delivery Policy

If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Within 5 business days, orders will be processed through our Dhaka Distribution Center and prepared for international shipping via UPS/ Fedex. The order will then be shipped out within 1-2 business day.

We strive to minimize the likelihood of delays; however, international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which could impact delivery times.

Duties, Taxes & Shipping Charges

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, the destination country, and the purchase value, and will be included in your shipping bill.

Personalised Orders

As part of our Personalised Services, we take care of the entire process of developing your designs. Bring us any references, photographs, sketches and give us your dimensions and specifications and we will recreate that piece for you. We will carry out all of the sampling, sizing, and finishing as per your specifications.

Prices and Currency

 The prices shown on products and packaging in our Ethnique Vale Digital Store do not include sales tax. Shipping rates are applied per order.

For international orders, prices are quoted and payable exclusively in US dollars. Prices quoted in Bangladeshi taka are for local deliveries within Bangladesh only.

Prices may be adjusted periodically, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed in an Order Confirmation.

Once your order leaves our facility, we won’t have additional details beyond what you see when tracking your package(s). For delivery-related questions or more specific tracking information during shipment, please contact the carrier directly:

Can I change the shipping address on my order? No, we process and ship orders quickly, so we cannot change your delivery address. However, after your order has shipped, you can contact the carrier directly to request an address update or to redirect the package to a pickup facility:

Where do I find my tracking number? When your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your order (this is separate from your original order confirmation email). Use this link to access your shipping status, tracking number, and carrier information. Bangladeshi clients will receive a text message from RedEX prior to delivery.
